BOUNTYHUNT POLICY · AU-BUSINESS-TERMS-2026-08-24-V2

Merchant invitation and outreach policy

Updated 24 August 2026. BountyHunt's concierge model recruits relevant Australian businesses without turning buyer demand into uncontrolled spam.

Current policyEffective for the current BountyHunt service.
Legal operatorBountyHunt is a product and customer-facing business name operated by A.C.N. 700 220 784 PTY LTD.ABN 77700220784These terms apply to the current BountyHunt service. Market-specific registration and customer disclosures still apply.
01

Approved starting channels

  • Opted-in business members and partners.
  • Direct relationship-based invitations with documented express consent.
  • Paid advertising and public business sign-up.
  • Manually qualified outreach only where properly inferred consent and role relevance are evidenced under the Spam Act.
02

Evidence before sending

  • Recipient, role and business relevance.
  • Express or properly inferred consent, source URL, timestamp and source-page evidence.
  • For a conspicuously published address, evidence that the address is relevant to the recipient's business role and that the publication contains no statement refusing commercial messages.
  • Sender identity, reply route and the exact template version.
  • A check against the company-wide suppression list immediately before sending.
03

Every commercial message

  • Accurately identifies BountyHunt and its legal operator.
  • Contains valid contact information.
  • Provides a clear, functional unsubscribe that remains functional for at least 30 days after sending and does not require login or extra personal information.
  • Avoids misleading urgency, buyer identification and unrelated promotion.
04

Suppression and complaints

An unsubscribe request must be honoured across email and SMS providers within five working days. Suppression records store a protected destination hash, reason and source so an address is not accidentally re-imported. The business must not be charged to unsubscribe.

05

Automation boundary

Automated merchant dispatch remains locked until the Australian outreach gate is approved. Candidate tools may prepare a provisional business record, a one-time Claim link and a draft invitation, but preparation is not sending. Every send requires a valid recipient evidence record, a current suppression check and the approved delivery workflow. Purchased lists, harvested addresses and unsupported inferred consent are prohibited.
